For the Github Game Jam, worked with a team that met online to create a game with the inclusion of the Jam’s theme: “bugs”.
Concepted and Finalized the main player character, moth elder, environment, and assets.

SURACI – Character Design
Suraci, the moth, is the main character of the platform game. Initial designs of Suraci planned to have them carry some sort of candle as well as a leaf crown on their head, but this design element was scrapped for simplicity. We also wanted them to look approachable so the player could have a pleasant experience playing as Suraci and easily feel attached to them as they progressed in the game.
Though I never learnt animation, I was excited to try my hand at something new and so I animated Suraci’s idle, walk and jumping cycle for the game.








ELDER – Character and Environment Design
The Moth Elder and the Elder’s Room was featured in the intro as a tutorial level for players. Thus, I designed the moth elder as well as the playable environment for the first level of the game, incorporating feedback and critique to the work produced.
